We look at your store first
Before we reply, we look at the live store, so the first answer starts from the theme and the apps you already run.

Built into the theme
Features go into the theme itself, with settings your team changes in the theme editor or the admin, so a new offer or a new product doesn’t need a developer.

You see every change
Each change comes with a before and after, on a phone and a desktop, and a link to where you’d change it yourself.

- Is Cartmasters a freelancer or an agency?
- A small Shopify studio. We build for brands directly, and white-label for agencies under their own name.
- Will our team be able to change it?
- That’s how we build it. On Sensational Eyes the team words each tube offer, and picks which one the product page opens on, in the theme editor. Thameen London starts, changes and ends gift campaigns from the theme settings.
- Does it have to be another app?
- Not always. Thameen London’s gift with purchase is built into the store rather than run by an app. When an app is the right tool, we make it fit: for a sportswear retailer (white-label), we pointed the basket’s suggestions from its recommendations app at what’s already in the basket. - Do we need Shopify Plus?
- Not for anything shown here. Thameen London isn’t on Plus, so we built its free gift from standard discounts instead of the custom kind that needs Plus, and every sample still comes through at £0.00.
- Can you show before and after results on the page?
- Yes. On Sensational Eyes, shoppers drag a handle across the photo to compare before and after.
- Can we show reviews from Amazon on our store?
- Yes. Sensational Eyes shows real reviews from its Amazon listing in a section of its own on the product page, built into the theme, and the team picks which ones.
- Do you use AI?
- Yes, to keep track of everything and check our work. Every change is built and reviewed by us.
